Self Drafted LLC operates on the PST time zone specifically in California.

We operate on Business Days, NOT Calendar Days. 

- Business Days are defined as 5 days a week on Monday through Friday, however Calendar Days are defined as 7 days a week on Monday through Sunday.

Our Business Days and Business Hours are below:

- Yes, we are open on Weekdays ONLY: Monday through Friday from 9AM to 6PM PST time zone. This is when emails will be sent out and responded to, to the best of our ability.

- No, we are closed on Weekends: Saturday and Sunday. This is when we emails will not be sent out or responded to.

Change Info Policy

Self Drafted LLC does allow changes to information if it is BEFORE it has been shipped.

Yes, we can change any information for a customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s) if it is BEFORE it has been shipped. 

No, we cannot change any information on a customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s) if it is AFTER it has been shipped. 

If a customer made a mistake such as incorrect shipping, forgot to put the apartment/suite/P.O.box number or need to change the quantity), please contact us with your order number and issue at our email: hello@selfdrafted.com

Pre-Order Policy

Self Drafted LLC processes the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s once the customers’ purchase their pre-order item, the customers’ order is placed, and the customers’ are sent an email to prove their order has been received.

For clarity, by definition, a pre-order item is an order placed that is purchased by the customer for an item that has not been made yet, not manufactured yet, not released yet, not available yet or not currently in stock yet. The pre-order item is shipped to the customer once the pre-order item is made, manufactured, released, available, or in stock. Pre-orders allow customers to order products before they are available.

Customers understand they have to wait for the pre-order item or product they purchased and it will not be shipped for days, weeks or months.

Our eight step order process to keep our customers’ informed every step of the way until the customers’ receive their pre-order package in the mail. 

Step 1: The first step is Approved or Denied, which means the customer purchased a pre-order item(s) is under review to either be approved or denied based on if the customer is flagged as a potential fraudulent and a potential chargeback. 

We have the right to refund any customer who is flagged as potentially fraudulent or a potential chargeback before shipping out any packages to avoid any of these issues.

- If denied, the customer will receive an email explaining why they were denied and immediately be refunded their total purchased amount.

- If approved, the customer will receive an email that they are approved and moved on our pre-order process based on being confirmed with verification through our fraud protection software.

Step 2: The second step is Payment Pending, which means we are waiting to receive the customers’ payment for the customers’ pre-order product(s).

This usually takes from 1 to 3 business days (no weekends included) for the merchant to deposit the funds into our account. We must receive the funds first before we can process the customers’ order to be made due to the customers’ ordering a pre-order item(s). 

Step 3: The third step is Payment Received, which means we received the payment for the customers' order of pre-order item(s) or product(s). 

Step 4: The fourth step is Pre-Order Processed, which means we are getting the customer's pre-order item(s) or product(s) ready.

Step 5: The fifth step is Pre-Order Production, which means we have started the manufacturing process to start making the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s).

Step 6: The sixth step is Pre-Order Fulfilled, which means we have fulfilled the packaging process of the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s).

Step 7: The seventh step is Pre-Order Shipped, which means we have shipped the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s).

Step 8: The eighth step is Pre-Order Delivered, which means we contact the customers’ via phone and via email to make sure the customer received the delivered package of the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s).

Step 9: The nine step is Customer Feedback, which means we contact the customers’ again via phone and via email to ask for customer feedback on the customer's overall experience with their pre-order item(s) or product(s).

Step 10: The ten step is Thank You, which means we thank our customers for believing in our message and supporting Self Drafted, and thorough with the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s).

For clarity, we do our best to give our customers a quality experience by being transparent, thoughtful, and thorough with the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s).

All Sales Are Final Policy

Self Drafted LLC pre-order item(s) or product(s) has all sales are final once an item is shipped to the customers’. All items are non-refundable and non-refundable. It cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Final sale items will be noted in a few places during the ordering process. 

For clarity, if there are any issues or mistakes with the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s) once the order is delivered, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right on our behalf. 

Shipping Policy

Self Drafted LLC will ship the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s) in 25 business days, NOT calendar days, which means our business days are Monday through Friday only, NOT weekends.

We will ship your pre-order to you in 25 Business Days from the email start date of you receiving your email of being on Step 2: Received, which means we received your payment and are able to make your pre-order item(s).

For clarity, business days are different and not the same as calendar days. Business Days are defined as five days a week of Monday through Friday and Calendar Days are seven days a week of Monday through Sunday.

Lost Package Policy

As Self Drafted LLC considers a notable increase in lost packages through shipping providers, we regret to inform customers’ that their order of pre-order item(s) or product(s) without route package protection enabled will not be eligible for refunds.

We highly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout to ensure the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s) is covered in case of loss or damage. It's an extra layer of security for the customers' purchase.

Damaged Package Policy

Once the customers’ Self Drafted LLC order has arrived, if the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s) arrives defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us via email at hello@selfdrafted.com

Return & Refund Policy

Self Drafted LLC makes all of our sales final, which means there are no refunds, no returns, no changes to the order, and no exchanges once the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s) is in the second step called Processed because this means the manufacturing process has started. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Self Drafted LLC is NOT responsible for any lost packages through shipment once we have shipped the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s) with the tracking number.

Contact the USPS shipping carrier to locate the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s). 

For clarity, if there are any issues or mistakes with the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s) once the order is delivered, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right on our behalf. 

For clarity, the manufacturing process means starting production on the garments that are being sewed, cut, made, processed, repaired, finished, assembled, dyed, altered a garment’s design, caused another person to alter a garment’s design, affixed a label to a garment, or otherwise preparing any garment or any article of wearing apparel or accessories designed or intended to be worn by any individual, including, but not limited to, clothing, hats, gloves, handbags, hosiery, ties, scarfs, and belts.

Subscription Policy

Self Drafted LLC does not offer a subscription item or product that can be purchased at this time. 

However, we allow our customers’ and potential buyers to subscribe to our free text message list and free email list to get discounts and early access to new drops.
