Self Drafted LLC makes all of our sales final, which means there are no refunds, no returns, no changes to the order, and no exchanges once the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s) is in the second step called Processed because this means the manufacturing process has started. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Self Drafted LLC is NOT responsible for any lost packages through shipment once we have shipped the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s) with the tracking number.

Contact the USPS shipping carrier to locate the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s). 

If there are any issues or mistakes with the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s) once the order is delivered, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right on our behalf. 

For clarity, the manufacturing process means starting production on the garments that are being sewed, cut, made, processed, repaired, finished, assembled, dyed, altered a garment’s design, caused another person to alter a garment’s design, affixed a label to a garment, or otherwise preparing any garment or any article of wearing apparel or accessories designed or intended to be worn by any individual, including, but not limited to, clothing, hats, gloves, handbags, hosiery, ties, scarfs, and belts.
