Pre-Order Policy

Self Drafted LLC processes the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s once the customers’ purchase their pre-order item, the customers’ order is placed, and the customers’ are sent an email to prove their order has been received.

For clarity, by definition, a pre-order item is an order placed that is purchased by the customer for an item that has not been made yet, not manufactured yet, not released yet, not available yet or not currently in stock yet. The pre-order item is shipped to the customer once the pre-order item is made, manufactured, released, available, or in stock. Pre-orders allow customers to order products before they are available.

Customers understand they have to wait for the pre-order item or product they purchased and it will not be shipped for days, weeks or months.

Our eight step order process to keep our customers’ informed every step of the way until the customers’ receive their pre-order package in the mail. 

Step 1: The first step is Approved or Denied, which means the customer purchased a pre-order item(s) is under review to either be approved or denied based on if the customer is flagged as a potential fraudulent and a potential chargeback. 

We have the right to refund any customer who is flagged as potentially fraudulent or a potential chargeback before shipping out any packages to avoid any of these issues.

- If denied, the customer will receive an email explaining why they were denied and immediately be refunded their total purchased amount.

- If approved, the customer will receive an email that they are approved and moved on our pre-order process based on being confirmed with verification through our fraud protection software.

Step 2: The second step is Payment Pending, which means we are waiting to receive the customers’ payment for the customers’ pre-order product(s).

This usually takes from 1 to 3 business days (no weekends included) for the merchant to deposit the funds into our account. We must receive the funds first before we can process the customers’ order to be made due to the customers’ ordering a pre-order item(s). 

Step 3: The third step is Payment Received, which means we received the payment for the customers' order of pre-order item(s) or product(s). 

Step 4: The fourth step is Order Processed, which means we are getting the customer's pre-order item(s) or product(s) ready.

Step 5: The fifth step is Order Production, which means we have started the manufacturing process to start making the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s).

Step 6: The sixth step is Order Fulfilled, which means we have fulfilled the packaging process of the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s).

Step 7: The seventh step is Order Shipped, which means we have shipped the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s).

Step 8: The eighth step is Order Delivered, which means we contact the customers’ via phone and via email to make sure the customer received the delivered package of the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s).

Step 9: The nine step is Experience Feedback, which means we contact the customers’ again via phone and via email to ask for customer feedback on the customer's overall experience with their pre-order item(s) or product(s).

For clarity, we do our best to give our customers a quality experience by being transparent, thoughtful, and thorough with the customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s).

Step 10: The ten step is Thank You, which means we thank our customers for believing in our message and supporting Self Drafted.
