Yes, we can change any information for a customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s) if it is BEFORE it has been shipped. 

No, we cannot change any information on a customers’ order of pre-order item(s) or product(s) if it is AFTER it has been shipped. 

If a customer made a mistake such as incorrect shipping, forgot to put the apartment/suite/P.O.box number or need to change the quantity), please contact us with your order number and issue at our email: hello@selfdrafted.com
